B&O Sisters reklam ajansının kurucuları Özge Alkazaz ve Berrin Çakırsoy'un sıfırdan yarattıkları bu marka, bugün İstanbul'un en iyi hot dog'cusu. Yaklaşık bir yıl önce, yeni açıldığında Superfriends'i ziyaret ettiğimde, menüsünde ağırlıklı olarak hot dog bulunuyordu. Bugün ise menüsüne eklediği hamburger çeşitleriyle, Mekanist tarafından Beşiktaş bölgesinin en iyi burgercisi seçilmiş.

Love, effort, and happiness. Those are the ingredients for the success of SuperFriends Hot Dog & Burger. Founded by B&O Sisters ad agency owners Ozge Alkazaz and Berrin Cakirsoy, SuperFriends is Istanbul's best hot dog spot. When I first visited SuperFriends a year ago, the brand was still new and had mostly hot dog in its menu. Today, with the added varieties of burgers, SuperFriends has come to be known as one of the best burger places in Istanbul.

İstanbul'un artan yabancı sayısı ile birlikte restoranlardaki çeşitlilik de giderek çoğalıyor. Gayrettepe'deki Bosphorus Brewing Company, kısacası BBC, de bunlardan birisi. Sardunya grubunun sahibi Sedat Zincirkıran ve İngiliz ortağı, kimyacı Philip Hall'un kurduğu bu güzel İngiliz pub'ı sayesinde, Türkler Efes Pilsen dışında biraları da içme imkanına kavuştu. Birbirinden eğlenceli ve yaratıcı isimlere sahip yedi çeşit biraların hepsi restoranın içinde üretiliyor. Fish&Chips gibi İngiliz klasikler ve Türk atıştırmalıklardan oluşan yemek menüsüyle birlikte, BBC, içinde bira fabrikası olan bir restoran.

Istanbul finally has its own English pub. A hidden gem in Gayrettepe, the Bosphorus Brewing Company, or shortly BBC as people call it, is a microbrewery serving real ale. Its two owners, Turkish Sedat Zincirkiran and English Philip Hall has managed to create a restaurant with the charm of an authentic London pub, in the heart of Istanbul.
