Bayramoğlu Döner'den sonra yine başka dönerci ile karşınızdayız. Güzel semt Kuzguncuk'ta yer alan Metet Döner, önce kulaktan kulağa, ardından televizyonda da gösterilmesiyle iyice ünleniyor, lezzet duraklarından biri haline geliyor. Kömür ateşinde pişen döneri, bu güne kadar yediğim en iyilerden. Lavaş ve diğer süsleri bir yana bırak, ben sadece dönere bakarım derseniz, bu şirin ve samimi mekanı en kısa zamanda ziyaret etmelisiniz.

Following our recent post on Bayramoglu Doner, this is another famous doner restaurant in Istanbul. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood Kuzguncuk, Metet Doner has gained fame mostly through word of mouth. The doner is prepared on charcoil, as opposed to many others that are cooked on electric fires, and is one of the best I've ever tasted. If you're not the kind of type who are effected by the side dishes and only in it for the meat, you have to visit Metet Doner.

Bir zamanlar Kosinitza'da / Once upon a time in Kosinitza

Size çok sevdiğim bir yerden bahsetmek istiyorum.. 5 seneden uzun süredir açık olmasına rağmen çok az kişinin bildiği bir yer. Kuzguncuk'un ara sokaklarından birinde saklı ufacık bir balık restoranı. Ama herhangi bir balıkçı değil; Fransız'ından İspanyol'una, İtalyan'ından Türk'üne bir çok balık yemeği çeşidinin en ilginç şekillerde sunulduğu Kosinitza.

Today I want to talk about a place I so much like.. A restaurant that, despite having been open for more than 5 years, is still not known by many. A small fish restaurant hidden in one of the streets of Kuzguncuk on the Asian side. But not just any ordinary one; a fish restaurant serving the most interesting food from French to Spanish, Turkish to İtalian.. Kosinitza.
