Dünyada restoran sayısı ve çeşitliliği bakımından New York'un üstüne yok. İki sene orada yaşamama ve çılgınlar gibi gezmeme rağmen sürekli yeni restoranlar ve lezzetler keşfettim. Thai, Japon, Kore, Fransız, İspanyol, İtalyan, Hint, Güney Amerika, Portekiz, İsveç ve daha ne mutfaklar. Bu sebepten ötürü aklım hala o güzel şehirde ve her fırsatta da tekrar gidiyorum. İki yıllık birikimimi kağıda dökebilmek, bir NY rehberi oluşturabilmek bütün yazılar arasında en zoru oldu. Yazılacak o kadar şey var ki. In terms of variety and numbers of restaurants, no other city in the world beats New York. Although I lived there for two years, new spots seemed to pop up each day. Thai, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Italian, Indian, South American, Portuguese, Swedish, and so many more cuisines...I guess that's why I keep going back as often as possible. This has been the hardest post to write so far so I hope you do understand when you can't find a favorite restaurant of yours on the list. There's simply so much to write.

The Marmara Taksim'in 20ci katındaki Raika, Anadolu ve Trakya'nın yöresel mutfaklarından lezzetleri kendine has yenilikçi ve yaratıcı yorumuyla müşteriye sunuyor. 190 kişilik geniş oturma kapasitesine sahip restoran, en arkadaki masasıyla bile panoramik bir manzara sunuyor.
