Hakiki Hatay Lezzetleri İstanbul'da... / Best of the Best Authentic Turkish Cuisine at Akdeniz Hatay Sofrası

Birisi ne zaman Hatay mutfağından bahsetse içim gidiyor, böyle güzel lezzetler var mı dünyada? Algıda seçicilik mi bilmiyorum ama son zamanlarda Hatay ve yemekleriyle ilgili bir çok yazı ve görüntü çıktı karşıma. Bardağı taşıran son damla gezenyer'den arkadaşım Pınar'ın Hatay yazısı oldu. İstanbul'da da bu yemekleri tadabileceğim bir yer olmalıydı. Veeee varmış :). Aksaray'daki Akdeniz Hatay Sofrası 1985 yılından beri hakiki Hatay lezzetlerini müşterilerine sunuyormuş. Sınırsız sonsuz yemek seçeneklerinin olduğu bu restoranda Tuzda Kuzu veya Cerra Kebabı sizleri farklı bir boyuta taşıyacak. Erken saatte gidin, mide fesadı garanti :).

Whenever someone starts talking about the Hatay cuisine my mind is blown away. Hatay, a city in the far south of Turkey, is home to some of the best foods in the country. I've been meaning to go for so long but never had the chance. But lately, I've come across so many conversations regarding Hatay that it has started becoming painful not to have the chance to try the famous dishes. Luckily, Ozgur and I discovered a restaurant in Aksaray, called Akdeniz Hatay Sofrası, that serves Hatay food since 1985. Pretty late discovery :). Anyways, this is a place you don't want to miss. Be prepared to indulge in a food feast.
