If Istanbul were to choose its culinary neighbourhood, it would definitely be Fatih. Restaurants serving the best of local and traditional dishes are spread out in this culturally rich area known as the center of Istanbul. Because it's impossible to discover all on one day, I picked a few favorites and prepared a small tour for the day.
