Afiyet olsun :)
Singapore is a food heaven. Thanks to its perfect location, Singapore hosts various kitchens such as Chinese, Malay, Cambodian, Vietnamese and Indian, as well as hybrid cuisines like Nyonya. The importance and care paid to cooking, creates a ground for everyone, including tourists, to safely eat almost anything on the streets.
The variety of food and restaurants put Ozgur and me, who only had three days in Singapore, in a tough spot. In the end, we decided to create a food tour combined of cuisines ranging from Chinese-Malaysian to Japanese, as well as foods from the street to the most luxurious restaurant.
This is our first out of three Singapore food posts. Enjoy :)
