Mua Gelato Bellissimo

İtalyan bir arkadaşım hakiki İtalyan dondurmanın kapalı metal kaplarda saklandığını, görmeye alışkın olduğumuz açık şekilde değil. Yeniköy'deki Mua da tıpkı arkadaşımın söylediği gibi dondurmayı tutuyor. En güzel yanı da ilk gelenlere ufak bir tadım yaptırıyor olmaları.

Önceden seçiminizi yapmış olsanız bile tadıma evet demenizi öneririm. Bedava ziyafete kim hayır diyebilir ki :).

An Italian friend once told me that real Italian ice-cream are to be kept in metal cans; not the open way we are used to see it. Mua in the Yenikoy neighborhood is just the way my friend told me it should be. The best of it: as a first time visitor, you get to do a tasting of all they have to offer. Even though you already now what to order, still ask for the tasting. 


İster sorbe ister sütlü dondurma, birçok seçenek mevcut. Kiloma dikkat etmek istiyorum ama sorbe de sevmiyorum diyorsanız da %70 bitter'den oluşan dondurmayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Özgür aldı ve çok lezzetliydi ama biraz ağır o yüzden vanilya ile birlikte alırsanız daha memnun kalacağınızı düşünüyorum. 

Whether sorbe or regular ice-cream, you have a lot of options to choose from. If you want to watch your weight but still have ice-cream, I'd suggest you try the 70% bitter chocolate. Ozgur tried it and loved it, however, it is pretty heavy so you might enjoy it more if you get it with a scoop of vanilla.

Before leaving, we got a chance to chat with Mua's Italian owner. With his strong accent and exciting gestures he made us feel as if we were in an ice-cream shop in Italy. 
We definitely recommend you to visit Mua. Their ice-cream is delicious.
