Hacı Abdullah Hüsrev'in 1928 yılında Rize'de açtığı bakkalı, 1958 yılında oğlu Fahri Hüsrev, önce omlet ve sütün servis edildiği "Temiz Süt Evi", ardından köftenin satıldığı "Temiz Köfte Salonu" haline getiriyor. 1961 yılında, yeni bir dükkanın kendisine tahsis edilmesiyle, Fahri Hüsrev buranın adını Hüsrev Lokantası koyuyor ve böylece ünlü Hüsrev'in temeli atılmış oluyor.
